Julie Kristine de Guzman is a Family Life Specialist with a Master’s Degree in Family Life and Child Development from the University of the Philippines–Diliman. She blends her academic insights with Reiki-Energy Healing and Mindfulness to offer grounded yet intuitive approach in coaching. She also has a degree in Creative Writing, sharpening her eye for human stories—the patterns, contradictions, and longings beneath the surface.

She began her professional journey working in nonprofit organizations: coaching families, parents and youth, and supporting children’s crucial development. She was already carrying her theoretical understanding that many family challenges begin before they even start—during dating. After three years of community development, she now leads the conversation to the importance of conscious dating. Through her work, she advocates for love that is not only romantic—but socially transformative.

She is based in Cebu City, Philippines with her fiancé.

A note on access, privilege and purpose

I acknowledge that not everyone gets the same chance to focus on love. For many, the realities of survival and day-to-day demands don’t leave much room for healing or dating education—and services like mine can feel out of reach. I hold deep awareness of the privilege I’ve had to invest in my own growth, and it’s exactly why I’ve turned this into a mission-driven business.

Coaching is how I make a living—but more than that, it’s how I serve. In the future, I plan to develop a pay-it-forward system—where every set number of enrollments will sponsor a full scholarship for someone who genuinely needs support but is financially limited. I also dream of bringing free dating education workshops to schools and communities, because conscious love and safety should be accessible to all. But for now, this is my work—and I pour my heart into every part of it.

Thank you for helping me make this mission possible.
